Ohio Awards $1 Million Contract To Problem Gambling Network Of Ohio To Expand Statewide Gambling Treatment System
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) has awarded a $1 million, 18-month contract to the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio (PGNO) to expand the state’s problem gambling system of care. The contract runs from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
The contract calls for an administrator and regional hub model designed to build provider capacity and expand access to gambling treatment and recovery support services. As part of the model, the administrator will support regional provider organizations and facilitate the integration of telehealth services where clinically appropriate and where access barriers exist.
