Ohio Creates New Initiative To Increase Access To Quality Child Care & Support Services For Children With Special Needs

On October 13, 2023, the newly formed Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) created an initiative to increase access to quality child care and support services for children with special needs. The initiative is called the Ohio Promote Resources, Opportunities, and Meaningful Inclusion through Support and Education (PROMISE) program.
