Ohio Develops Criteria For Recovery Housing, Residential Facilities & Permanent Supportive Housing; Releases RFP Seeking Entity To Administer The Criteria
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) has developed criteria for recovery housing, residential facilities, and permanent supportive housing and applies to any housing setting seeking local levy, state, or federal funds distributed by OhioMHAS or a local behavioral health authority regardless of definition. OhioMHAS released the criteria in October 2018. As part of Ohio’s State Opiate Response grant initiative, OhioMHAS is offering one grant to a statewide housing advocacy organization to assist with administrative duties related to the Quality Housing Criteria.
