Ohio Rolling Out CRM System To Improve Service Planning For Individuals With Developmental Disabilities

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is rolling out a customer relations management (CRM) system called imagine intended to make it easier for Ohio’s 88 County Boards of Developmental Disabilities to deliver person-centered programs and services. The system will allow the state to standardized individual service plan development and updates. imagine provides the counties with an end-to-end system to support intake, eligibility assessment, service planning, and outcomes monitoring. The system is being rolled out first in the 18 counties in the Region V County Collaborative, starting in August 2014. DODD anticipates offering imagine to counties . . .
