Ohio Issues Medicaid MCO Star Ratings To Aid Consumer Choice
In August 2015, the Ohio Department of Medicaid released its 2015 Managed Care Plans Report Card to help consumers select a plan. This first-time report card scores the five Medicaid managed care plans (MCP) on their performance on five factors and assigns a performance star rating for each factor in terms of performance compared to Ohio Medicaid averages.
