On October 28, 2020, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) released a request for applications (RFA) seeking a Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) to operate the Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence (OhioRISE) program, a specialized managed care program for youth with complex behavioral health and multi-system needs.
