Ohio’s Peer Recovery Support Workforce Adds Over 800 Workers Between 2023 & 2025, Despite Sustainability Challenges
Ohio’s certified peer recovery support (PRS) workforce increased by more than 800 workers between 2023 and 2025, expanding from 2,709 PRS workers in September 2023 to 3,524 PRS workers in January 2025, according to a report by Ohio Peer Recovery Organizations (OhioPRO).
