Oklahoma City Rebids Employee & Retiree Health Plans

On April 13, 2017, the Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority trust released a request for proposals (RFP) for an organization to manage both a health maintenance organization (HMO) for city employees and early retirees and a Medicare Advantage plan for eligible current and retired city employees.
