Oklahoma Submits State Plan Amendment Seeking To Expand Medicaid
On March 6, 2020, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) announced it had submitted a Medicaid state plan amendment to expand eligibility to the new adult group ages 19 to 64 with incomes at or below 133% of the federal poverty level. The requested effective date is July 1, 2020, contingent upon approval by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
