Optum Health To Expand Home-Based Care Programs For Rural Members With Complex Chronic Conditions
Optum Health plans to expand a program for rural members with complex chronic conditions that integrates Optum’s House Calls and Care at Home program capabilities, coupled with offerings for members with complex chronic and behavioral conditions. The expansion was noted in statements made in United Health Group’s second-quarter 2026 investor earnings call.
