Oregon Adopts First Set Of Rules For Psilocybin Products
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) adopted the first set of final administrative rules related to psilocybin products, testing, and training programs. They specify curriculum requirements for programs planning to train people interested in facilitating psilocybin services in Oregon, as well as initial requirements related to psilocybin products and testing.
Oregon became the first U.S. state to legalize a regulatory framework for the production of psilocybin and the provision of psilocybin services with the passage of Measure the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act in November 2020.
