Oregon Releases PACE RFP For Jackson & Josephine Counties

The Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Aging and People with Disabilities seeks to expand options for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in Jackson and Josephine counties.
