Oscar Health, a technology-focused health insurance company, reported that in 2018, 91% of member requests for clinical assistance through its telehealth application, “Doctor on Call,” were resolved within a single encounter. The “Doctor on Call” application connects members to a health care professional within 15 minutes, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
