Oscar & Humana Partner To Sell Small Business Plans In Tennessee

On July 12, 2017, Oscar Insurance Corporation (Oscar) and Humana announced that they would work together to offer commercial health insurance to small businesses. The new endeavor will focus on nine counties in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Through the Nashville joint venture, the two companies will focus on commercial health insurance for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees. The new small business plans will offer 24/7 access to telemedicine and care search tools, and will feature Oscar’s concierge care teams to use data-driven alerts to help members with their care.
