Pennsylvania Medicaid Launching Final Enrollment Wave For Community HealthChoices Managed LTSS Plans
In January 2020, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) will launch the third and final enrollment wave for its mandatory Medicaid Community HealthChoices (CHC) plans that provide managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS). DHS anticipates enrolling 143,000 adults who are 21 and older with disabilities who live in counties in central, northeast, and northwest Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley.
