Pennsylvania Medicaid Rebids Community HealthChoices LTSS MCO Contracts
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) is rebidding its managed care organization (MCO) contracts for the Medicaid Community HealthChoices (CHC) program that covers long-term services and supports (LTSS). DHS released a request for applications (RFA 31-22) on January 30, 2024, and applications are due by March 15, 2024. The new contracts are slated for implementation on January 1, 2025.
