Pennsylvania Medicaid Proposes New Rate Methodology For I/DD Services

On February 18, 2017, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) began accepting comments on new Medicaid rates for its two proposed waivers for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). ODP seeks comment on the proposed rate-setting methodology (described in Appendix I and J) for the Consolidated waiver and Person Family Directed Supports and Services (P/FDS) waiver, which both provide home- and community-based services (HCBS). Comments are due to ODP by March 21, 2017.
