Pennsylvania Medicaid Selects 20 Centers Of Excellence For Opioid Treatment
On July 14, 2016, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) announced it had selected 20 addiction treatment provider organizations to be Centers of Excellence (COE) for opiate use disorder. The COEs will function as hubs that will coordinate care with the separate Medicaid HealthChoices managed care organizations (MCOs) for behavioral and physical services.
