Pharos Capital’s Family Treatment Network Acquires Connecticut Children’s Medical Center School
On June 13, 2018, Pharos Capital Group, LLC, through its Family Treatment Network (FTN) platform, announced that it had acquired the Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) School in New Britain, Connecticut. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Family Treatment Network (FTN) is a network of child and adolescent behavioral health services businesses. These businesses include residential therapy centers, therapeutic day schools, home- and community-based outpatient programs, and other child and adolescent psychiatric treatment services. FTN programs specialize in autism and in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA).
