On August 5, 2014, the QCare Retail Clinic located in the ShopRite store on Fox Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania launched Wellness at Your Fingertips, an in-store automated mental health screening kiosk. Individuals can take screening tests in English or Spanish for multiple behavioral health issues such as depression, generalized anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, alcohol use disorder, and eating disorder.
