Primary Care Physicians Reportedly Spend A Median Of 16 Minutes Per Day On EHR Tasks During PTO
Primary care physicians (PCPs) typically spend a median of 16.1 minutes in their electronic health record (EHR) system per day of paid time off (PTO), according to recent research. For these PCPs, a median of 39.0% of PTO days had at least some EHR use, and 19.0% experienced over 30 minutes per day.
