Recovery.com Acquires Several Websites From American Addiction Centers In Efforts To Expand Access To Care

Recovery.com and American Addiction Centers (AAC) announced the sale and transition of several addiction treatment care navigation websites from AAC subsidiary Recovery Brands to Recovery.com. The sites include Rehabs.com, Recovery.org, Alcohol.org, DrugAbuse.com, ProjectKnow.com, FentanylSupport.org, and Detox.net. The acquisition was announced on August 7, 2025. Financial terms of the deal were not included in the announcement.
