ResCare Awarded Job Training Contract By Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board

On July 1, 2017, ResCare Workforce Services started a new workforce training contract valued at about $2.7 million awarded by the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board. ResCare will operate CareerLink offices to provide job-training services to adults, dislocated workers, youth and workforce related services to employers for the six-county area that includes Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Venango and Warren Counties. The contract was previously held by Greater Erie Community Action Committee.
