During the summer of 2022, Toronto Memory Program and RetiSpec will launch a 12-month initiative in Toronto, Canada to screen for early Alzheimer’s disease in community settings through a collaboration between optometry clinics and an Alzheimer’s advocacy organization. The project features a unique community-based screening through two bidirectional points of entry for screening— optometry clinics and the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
