Saint Francis Hospital & Merakey Launch A Mental Health Wellness Recovery Team In Delaware

On December 1, 2022, Saint Francis Hospital of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Merakey, a behavioral health provider organization, launched a partnership in which a Wellness Recovery Team led by Merakey clinical professionals will provide integrated primary and behavioral health care to individuals with complex care needs. The partnership’s focus is care coordination for people with serious mental illness, addiction, co-morbid physical health conditions, and for older adults.
