Saint Francis Ministries Adds Foster Care Case Management In Its Texas Single Source Continuum Contract For Region 1

Saint Francis Ministries has successfully moved into Stage II of its Community-Based Care foster care contract with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), which adds case management services. Region 1 spans 41 counties and includes the cities of Lubbock, Amarillo, and surrounding areas. Moving to Stage II adds the full case management component to Saint Francis Ministries’ responsibilities, and adds kinship families as recipients to these services. Saint Francis currently serves 1,600 children in the foster care system in Texas.
