San Bernardino County Behavioral Health Releases RFP For Prevention & Early Intervention Services For Residents Ages 16 To 59

On January 29, 2019, the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) released a request for proposals (RFP DBHE19-PEI-3107) for prevention and early intervention services for residents ages 16 to 59. The program, called Community Wholeness and Enrichment (CWE), is intended to create access and linkage to behavioral health treatment; improve timely access to mental health services for individuals and families from underserved populations; and reduce and circumvent stigma, including self-stigma and discrimination.
