San Diego County Awards $12 Million, Early Psychosis Intervention Contract To Providence Community Services
On July 1, 2014, the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Division (BHD) awarded Providence Community Services (PCS) a seven-year contract valued at $12.4 million to provide an early psychosis intervention and prevention program (EPIPP). The program, called Kickstart, serves youth and young adults between the ages of 10 and 25 who are experiencing prodromal symptoms of psychosis.
