San Diego County Awards $2.8 Million Youth Delinquency Prevention & Intervention Services Contract To North County Lifeline

On January 1, 2015, North County Lifeline, Inc. in Oceanside, California began a new $2.8 million contract providing a youth delinquency prevention and intervention services for the San Diego County Probation Department. The initial 18-month contract term runs through June 30, 2016, followed by four one-year renewal options through June 30, 2020. North County Lifeline will provide the youth and family counseling portion of the county’s Breaking Cycles program.
