San Diego County, California, awarded contracts valued at $235 million to three organizations to provide 24-hour mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) services for adults ages 18 to 64. The contracts were awarded to Behavioral Health Management Systems, LLC; Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc.; and Windsor Wellness Partnership–Alliance Medical Center.
