San Diego County Awards Three Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Service Contracts Worth $235 Million

San Diego County, California, awarded contracts valued at $235 million to three organizations to provide 24-hour mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) services for adults ages 18 to 64.
