San Diego County Awards Three Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Service Contracts Worth $235 Million

San Diego County, California, awarded contracts valued at $235 million to three organizations to provide 24-hour mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) services for adults ages 18 to 64. The contracts were awarded to Behavioral Health Management Systems, LLC; Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc.; and Windsor Wellness Partnership–Alliance Medical Center. The initial term runs from January 1 through June 30, 2026, followed by four one-year extension options through June 30, 2030.

The contractors will operate MHRCs for adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
