San Diego County, California Issues RFI For Co-Located Hybrid Behavioral Health Services
The County of San Diego (County) Health and Human Services Agency’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS) issued a request for information (RFI 11334) to gather information for a proposed hybrid program that would provide co-located mental health and outpatient substance use treatment services for adults ages 18 and older with serious mental illness (SMI) and/or substance use disorder who may be experiencing homelessness.
