San Diego County Rebids Assertive Community Treatment Contracts

On February 23, 2023, the San Diego County, California, Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) issued a request for contractors (RFP 12229) fto provide assertive community treatment (ACT) for people with serious mental illness (SMI). The services are intended for people with SMI, as well as those with SMI and a co-occurring addiction disorder, or those with SMI who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
