San Diego County Rebids Transitional Housing Program For Young Adults Aged Out Of Foster Care

The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency seeks contractors to provide the Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP-Plus), which provides subsidized housing and wraparound services for young adults ages 18 to 25 years old who have aged out of foster care. The county needs 170 beds for this program and intends to contract with one or more provider organizations.
