San Francisco Seeks Care Coordination Services, Mobile Response & Emergency Placement Services For High-Need Foster Youth
On February 15, 2023, the San Francisco, California, Human Services Agency released a request for proposals (RFP 1028) seeking a contractor to provide integrated mobile response, intensive care coordination, and emergency placement for youth in foster care who have intensive behavioral health needs.
