San Francisco Services For Adults With Severe Mental Illness, Homelessness & Co-Occurring Conditions Out To Bid
On February 22, 2023, the San Francisco County Department of Public Health, Behavioral Health Services started accepting grant applications to provide behavioral health intensive case management (ICM) services (RFGA SFGOV-0000007368) for adults with severe mental illness (SMI), homelessness, and co-occurring conditions (such as addiction or chronic health problems) who require extensive outreach and intensive services to stabilize, live safely in housing, and pursue essential recovery goals. The services integrate peer-based services/individuals and offer culturally congruent care, prioritize diverse staffing, and increase capacity to provide linguistically competent services.
