San Francisco To Rebid More Than $500 Million In Annual Homelessness Service Contracts

San Francisco plans to competitively rebid more than $500 million in annual homelessness and housing grants and contracts as part of a multi-year effort to establish clearer performance expectations and greater contractor accountability. The San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) plans to rebid its entire contract portfolio in phases through May 2029.
