On February 8, 2017, Santa Clara County, California announced it had selected Telecare for the county’s upcoming mental health pay-for-success (PFS) project, called Partners in Wellness. The project is focused on providing community-based mental health to 250 individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and complex needs.
