Seattle Launches ‘Partnership For Zero’ To End Homelessness In The City
Seattle, the King County Regional Homeless Authority (KCRHA), and the advocacy coalition We Are In have launched the "Partnership for Zero" program to end unsheltered homelessness in downtown Seattle. Partnership for Zero is a collaboration between the business and philanthropic communities in King County, Washington. The goals of Partnership for Zero are to treat King County’s homelessness emergency like an emergency, help people move from homelessness to housed, and develop a model that can be quickly and effectively scaled, with additional resources, to other communities across King County.
