Self-Guided Internet-Delivered Treatment Can Significantly Reduce ADHD Symptoms Among Adults
Adults who participated in the "MyADHD" self-guided, internet-delivered treatment for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) reported significantly greater reductions in ADHD symptoms than a control group. A total of 45.0% of those who participated in the internet intervention reported a decline in symptoms that was large enough to be considered clinically meaningful, compared to just under 11% of the control group who reported a decline in ADHD symptoms. These between group differences were maintained at a three-month follow-up.
