Full-continuum senior living communities charge higher housing rates but lower care and medication fees than assisted living/memory care-only communities across every unit type analyzed, according to a recent report. The pricing premium was most pronounced for smaller units, with shared rooms priced 12.4% higher and studio units 10.6% higher, decreasing to 9.5% for one-bedroom units and 2.9% for two-bedroom units.
