As of August 2022, at least seven state Medicaid programs cover structured family caregiving (SFC) services, which ultimately helps older adults and/or people with disabilities remain in their homes. These states include Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, and South Dakota.
