On March 16, 2023, the Solano County, CA Health and Social Services Department, Behavioral Health Division, released a request for proposals (RFP 952-0316-23) for one or more contractors to develop, implement, and administer an array of homeless and housing related services (street outreach, housing navigation, rapid rehousing, permanent support housing, landlord engagement and rental subsidy management, respite programs), including the new Medicaid Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports.
