Strategic Behavioral Health Seeks Certificate Of Need To Open New 72-Bed Psychiatric Hospital In Scott County, Iowa

On September 22, 2015, the Scott County, Iowa Board of Supervisors approved a resolution supporting a certificate of need (CON) application by Strategic Behavioral Health LLC to open a new 72-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital in Bettendorf by April 2017. The project is estimated to cost $14.2 million.

Strategic Behavioral Health submitted its CON application to the state on August 31, 2015.
