TennCare Selects Findhelp To Provide Its Referral Platform To Connect Medicaid Beneficiaries With Social Services

On August 31, 2023, Findhelp announced that it was awarded a contract with the Tennessee Medicaid agency, TennCare, to provide an assessment and referral technology platform help beneficiaries find non-medical social services to address health-related social needs (HRSNs). The system will connect TennCare members who have HRSNs to community-based organizations and track resulting outcomes. For this contract, Findhelp subcontracted with the Rural Health Association (RHA) of Tennessee to recruit, train, and retain community-based organizations that deliver services to address TennCare members’ HRSNs.
