Tennessee Foster Children File Class Action Lawsuit Against Department Of Children’s Services 

On May 19, 2025, a group of children in Tennessee foster care sued the state in a class action lawsuit, alleging that the Department of Children’s Services (DCS) exposes children to significant risk of harm. ;A trial date was not reported.;
