Tennessee Seeks To Extend Enhanced HCBS Supports

The Tennessee Medicaid program (TennCare) submitted an 1115 waiver amendment request to extend the already approved benefits in its home-and community-based services (HCBS) programs that were implemented through emergency 1115 amendments during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) publich health emergency (PHE), such that they are continued post-PHE.
