Texana Center To End Participation In Texas HCBS Medicaid Waiver Programs For People With I/DD 

On June 11, 2025, Texana Center announced plans to end its participation in two Texas Medicaid home-and community-based services (HCBS) waiver programs for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). The action is effective as of September 19, 2025. The two waivers are Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL). People enrolled in these waivers will need to find another provider organization. ;
