The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is expanding its case rate foster care model to the Panhandle region of the state, which includes the City of Amarillo. On December 7, 2018, DFPS issued the request for applications (RFA HHS0002981) and responses are due by February 12, 2019.
