Texas Foster Care Redesign Estimated To Generate ROI Of $3 To $1
For each dollar the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) spends on implementing and supporting its foster care redesign initiative, the state will reap a projected return on investment (ROI) of $3.44. Local jurisdictions will see an estimated return of $1.66 in local revenue.
