On September 1, 2020, Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH), a health system with 52 hospitals in Texas, launched a 14-day digital home monitoring service for children diagnosed with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). BSWH has offered digital at-home monitoring for adults (ages 18 and older) with COVID-19 since May 2020. Both monitoring programs are offered at no cost to the consumer. BSWH also offers an online COVID-19 risk screening questionnaire.

The digital home monitoring service for COVID-19 is facilitated by the MyBSWHealth mobile application and online portal. It includes the following services:
